Status of marriage of someone divorced thrice and finds out she is pregnant

Question:

If a husband give you all 3 divorce at once and while you sit iddah you find out you pregnant after 3 weeks of the divorce.. does it mean he is still my husband and we still married Or is the talaaq final

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If the husband gives three divorces (at once or separately), then full talaq (mughallaza) has taken place.

If after these three divorces, while the wife sits in her iddah, she finds out that she is pregnant, then her termination of iddah will switch from three cycles (haydh) to birth of the child.[1]

The ex-husband, although still father of the child, is no longer a husband. He may not marry the wife again until she has married to someone else, consummated the marriage, and then naturally gotten divorced from that marriage.
